Due to scheduled maintenance you will be unable to access the above listed services. Data submitted using any of the NCTS Service Channels during this time will be held and processed when the service is available again.

Saturday 30th October 00:01 to 02:00

CHIEF will be unavailable to all users. This a 3 hour outage to enable the system clock change from BST to GMT. The planned outage will also enable other scheduled system updates.

Thursday 28th October from 1700 to 2300

Due to scheduled maintenance the EMCS service will be unavailable. EMCS Users should therefore aim to submit any e-AD movements to EMCS in advance for any consignments due for dispatch during this planned downtime. The Fallback Procedures will be available if required.

Thursday 21 October at 0600 hrs for up to 1 hour

The downtime is to facilitate the implementation of Destin8 Release 4.43.1
